How to be great in your team.

In this blog i will tell you how long a team journey is, and trust me knowing these few tips i am going to tell you will make a big difference when your'e in a team. Atleast once you will be put into a team in your life because most carrers these days require team work and not solo performance. When your in a team you've got to get this right, different people have different views on different things. And this means a lot,  most people ( i will tell  you how to not be most people) think that whatever they say makes sense ( sometimes it may not) . So in a team everyone is just going to randomly start speaking out their ideas, and now you may have your own ideas to. First's things first, get your team organised This will change everything. When you get the felling you guys are working together, you have just won half the battle. This is really important, make sure you respect everyone's idea and make sure you don't hurt anyone by said their idea is horrible, just stay calm and tell the person why the idea won't work in a calm voice. Distribute the work among everyone, you don;t want to give one person more than the other it may hurt the person carrying the load. Make sure everyone's happy in what their doing, this will create a brilliant atmosphere to work in.Different people go through different things in life, make sure you are there for the members in your team when they are low, not only your team but stay with anyone in this world and help the buddy out when he/she is low. The most important thing is to get the job done, so make sure of that. At the end of the day that is to make your team get the job done ( here team includes you).Now i'll tell you how to not be like most people. Everyone one wants to be the boss of the team, everyone will want to say i contributed, but keep it cool. If you've done something good for the team we'll that's great, don't go telling people. If your friend is completely against your idea and you don't like his idea either, do not get into a fight, think before you act, is it worth losing a friend, you can tell him why he is wrong.That's all from being different. Now this is the last thing and one of the most important things to remeber when you are in a tea. Make sure you appreciate everyone one in your group for every little thing they do, everyone wants their work to be recognised.
