Accepct your team, and be great.

At least once in your life, you may be given some random people by your head to work with, or you may just pick up chits which will decide your team. In both way its either someone's choice for you to be in a particular team or its just the number or name you pick, so now whether you like it or nor you've got to live with it. I'll tell you the fun way to do it, want to know? read on. It so happened that one day in my school, we have to pick my chits for some reason, later we were told that whoever picked the same numbered chit as you will be in the same group for the rest of the time your in the school. And i had only a very few people who i knew well in my team, but the rest were strangers. Now if you are going to face a situation like this, your going to enjoy reading the rest of it. Many people around me were fussing about it saying that they are now in different teams and their friends are not in the same team as they are. Some people even said they wont do it unless their teams were changed. Why is it like that? why do you only want to work with yoour friends?. Now you've got to be different from the rest so, now you've just got to accepct it. Now you've got to see the good side of it. Imagine you only with your friends with the rest of your life and meeting no one else?. Getting into completely random teams will help you get to know people better, and its great fun believe me. Meeting new people and working together and succeeding, nothing can get better. You may not be with your friends but at the end of the journey you will have more new friends. Being in apart from your friends will give you an opportunity to compete with team and that's fun too. After you compete against your friends you always give a hug after the contest is over. Over all the journey is the great part of it. The journey of you and your team doing stuff together is going to be great. So which ever team you may be put in, accept it as an opportunity and have a great time.Try to make a difference everywhere you go, do your best for the team.Appreciate  anyone who has done anything for the team, try to be a leader, tell your captain on ways you can improve your team, do everything you can and be great.
